Concerning Cursed Sizes, Damaged Relics, and Requests for the Arcane Reforging of Wares

Each relic thou behold’st is conjured upon request—crafted not in bulk, but in singular devotion. For this reason, we cannot accept returns from weary travelers. However, should the relic fit not as fate intended, we gladly offer a free size exchange—no questions, no penance.

Should thy item arrive wounded by the postal fates or bearing a flaw in craftsmanship, fear not. We are swift to mend such wrongs. Simply send a missive to ministrations@jadedlament.com with photographic proof of the affliction within 30 days of delivery (as marked by tracking sigils), and our keepers shall dispatch a corrected relic posthaste.

We exchange only those relics that are damaged, defective, or cursed with improper fit. Reach out, and we shall see thy disenchantment made right.
